This high altitude coffee grows at 6,000 ft in the mountains of Antioquia, Colombia, handpicked by coffee growers. Don Ray is a blend of Pajarito, Colombia and Caturra bean varieties which balance out to provide a mild coffee with chocolate and caramel aroma with a taste of dried cherries and molasses.
