For Don Ray’s it is essential that you receive your products in the best condition, that is why we remind you of the following conditions.

1. Time: You have 8 days after your purchase to exchange coffee bags. For apparel and other merchandise, it is 30 days.
2. You must have your invoice at the time of exchange.
3. If your purchase was made through the website, the exchange or refund can be managed through e-mail or our WhatsApp line.
4. The products must be returned unused, unwashed, and with the labels or boxes unless it is a warranty claim.
5. If the cause of the damage is due to misuse, we cannot exchange or reimburse you.
